Qatar Museums’ official calendar lists Ektashif Uzbekistan at the Museum of Islamic Art’s Fourth Floor West Side Gallery from 3 September to 28 November 2026, free with museum admission. The show presents works by Qatari artists made after a 2025 MIA trip organized with Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. Earlier Ektashif editions sent artists to India, Turkey, Spain, and Morocco. A concurrent MIA exhibition, Uzbekistan: Heritage in Motion, is dated to the same window in partnership with Uzbekistan’s Art and Culture Development Foundation.
