Placement terms
Money paid on the Wall buys promotional position.

1. Who you are paying
GET HUNG is operated by Studio Watts LLC. Wall boosts are charged by Studio Watts LLC, which operates GET HUNG. The charge appears on your statement as "STUDIO* GET HUNG".
2. Wall boosts
Every payment made through a Wall boost is paid promotion received by GET HUNG. The full amount is added to the chosen work’s Wall score and no artist payout applies, regardless of whether the payer is the artist, a gallery, a collector, a fan or another person.
3. What a Wall boost is not
A Wall boost is not a donation or artist patronage. It is not an investment, security, equity interest, loan, or ownership stake of any kind. It confers no right to revenue, profit, sale proceeds or financial return. It does not transfer any interest in the artwork, the artist’s practice or GET HUNG.
4. Amounts and minimums
The minimum initial placement is $5. Once a work is on the Wall, the minimum later boost is $1. Amounts are charged in US dollars. The amount recorded against a placement is the amount actually captured by our payment processor.
5. Estimates are not reservations
Where the interface estimates the amount required to reach a position, that estimate is calculated from the wall at the moment it is shown. Positions move continuously. No position is reserved during checkout, and the resulting position may differ from the estimate. Your contribution is applied in full regardless.
6. When a boost takes effect
A contribution affects position only after payment is confirmed by the payment processor. Returning to the site after checkout does not by itself change a position.
7. Ties
Where two placements hold exactly the same amount, the placement that reached that amount first ranks higher.
8. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued for duplicate technical charges, payment errors, platform-authorised exceptions, and where required by law. A refunded Wall boost is removed from the work’s score exactly and rank is recalculated.
9. Chargebacks
A successful chargeback removes the disputed amount from the recorded amount. If a dispute is later resolved in our favour, the amount is restored.
10. Public credit
Boosters may choose to be credited publicly by name or organisation, or to remain anonymous. Anonymous is the default for boosters who are not signed in. Payer email addresses and payment identifiers are never published.
11. Changes to a boosted work
Once a work has received backing from someone other than its creator, the primary image may not be replaced without review, and the work may not be withdrawn from public view without review. This protects boosters from promoting one work and receiving another.
12. Moderation and removal
A work may be removed from public view for policy, legal, or rights reasons. Removal does not by itself create a right to a refund of prior contributions, except where required by law or by published policy.
13. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you must be using a payment method you are authorised to use.
