Last updated 21 August 2026
1. Who we are
GET HUNG is operated by Studio Watts LLC (the “Operator”). Registered address and contact details to be completed before launch.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
3. Submitting work
By submitting a work you confirm that you own it or hold authority to display and promote it, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have authority to offer it for sale if you enable a sale mode. See Copyright.
You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote the submitted media in connection with operating and marketing GET HUNG and its editorial. You retain all other rights, including copyright.
4. Placement
Placement is governed by the Placement terms. Placement is promotional visibility only and is not an investment.
5. Marketplace
Where a work is offered for sale, the seller is the merchant of record. The Operator provides the platform and collects a platform commission. See Seller terms and Purchase terms.
6. Acceptable use
See Prohibited content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach it.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular position, a particular level of attention, or any commercial outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Jurisdiction-specific carve-outs to be completed by counsel.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Marketplace, tax, and consumer-protection obligations are not eliminated by the use of a payment processor.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
Governing law and venue to be completed by counsel before launch.
