1. Who we are

GET HUNG is operated by Studio Watts LLC (the “Operator”).

Registered address: not yet published. Until it is, write to hello@gethung.lol and a postal address will be given on request.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

You may delete your account from the account area. Your works leave THE WALL; a work carrying someone else’s money is decided by review first, as the Placement terms describe. Fees are not refunded. Paid history, moderation records and files stay, as the Privacy policy says.

3. Submitting work

By submitting a work you confirm that you own it or hold authority to display and promote it, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have authority to offer it for sale if you enable a sale mode. See Copyright.

You are responsible for what you upload. You must not submit anything the Prohibited content page lists, and you must hold the rights to every part of a work, including any person’s likeness where the law requires their consent. The licence you grant us includes the right to hide or remove the work as described in section 6.

You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote the submitted media in connection with operating and marketing GET HUNG and its editorial. You retain all other rights, including copyright.

You may remove a work you submitted at any time from your account’s works page. Removal is available only to the account that owns the work’s artist page. Fees already paid are not refunded on removal. See the Placement terms, section 12.

4. Placement

Placement is governed by the Placement terms. Placement is promotional visibility only and is not an investment.

THE WALL is ordered by the eligible money paid to hang and boost each work. Visits and recognition points do not change Wall rank or takeover prices. The hang with the most points earns a Love Watts callout: each artwork’s points equal its total artwork-page views plus its artist’s total page views, including historical counts. Hangs, boosts and purchases add no points; refunds do not subtract them. Points have no cash value. See how paid rank and recognition points work.

5. Marketplace

Where a work is offered for sale, the seller is the merchant of record. The Operator provides the platform and collects a platform commission. See Seller terms and Purchase terms.

Artists choose whether to offer a work for sale. Each hang may offer one physical original only. Videos, prints and editions cannot be sold through GET HUNG. Sold originals are marked Sold and cannot be purchased again.

6. Content standards, reporting and removal

6.1 Standards

Work on GET HUNG must comply with the Prohibited content page, which forms part of these terms. Moderation enforces legality, rights and presentation. It never judges taste.

6.2 Reporting

Anyone can report a work from its page, with or without an account. Reports are read by a person. Where a reporter gives a contact address we acknowledge the report and say whether we acted. Deliberately false reports, or repeated groundless ones, may lead, after a warning, to a reporter’s reports being set aside for a period and, for an account holder, suspension.

6.3 Our right to act

We may hide, remove, decline to show, or restrict the sale or promotion of any work, and suspend or terminate any account, where we believe in good faith that the work or the account breaches these terms, the Prohibited content page, the rules of our payment, hosting or storage providers, or the law, or exposes us or anyone else to harm or liability. We may act on a report, on our own review, on a request from a rights holder or an authority, or on an automated screening signal, and we may act without prior notice where the content appears illegal or where delay would cause harm. Decisions to hide or remove a work are made by a person; any automated screening we use only sorts work for a person to look at and removes nothing on its own. We are not obliged to screen content before it appears, and reviewing a work does not endorse it.

6.4 What removal means

A removed work leaves THE WALL and the artist page immediately. Its paid history and receipts stay on record. We keep the file and the moderation record for as long as the law and the integrity of the wall require, and we may preserve material and disclose it to law enforcement where we are legally required to. A removed work cannot be returned to the Wall by paying again.

6.5 Notice and appeal

When we hide or remove a work we tell the artist which rule applied, whether a report started the review, and how to appeal, unless the law prevents notice or the material is illegal. An appeal is looked at afresh, by a different person where our team allows. A work removed in error is restored with its paid rank and its points.

6.6 Money

Removal does not return fees already paid, whatever the reason for it and whoever paid them; see the Placement terms, sections 8 and 13. A hang and a boost buy a Wall rank, and that is what the payment is for. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.

6.7 Rights

Copyright complaints, counter-notices and repeat-infringer termination follow the Copyright policy.

6.8 Illegal content

We report sexual content involving minors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify the Operator against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from a work you submit, a statement you make about it, or your breach of these terms.

8. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular position, a particular level of attention, or any commercial outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Marketplace, tax, and consumer-protection obligations are not eliminated by the use of a payment processor.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
