Seller terms
For artists and galleries selling through GET HUNG.

1. You are the seller
Where a sale completes through GET HUNG, you are the merchant of record. Studio Watts LLC operates the platform and collects a platform commission; it does not buy or resell your work.
2. Onboarding
Selling requires a Stripe connected account. Identity verification is performed by Stripe. Your account can accept payments only when Stripe reports the required capabilities as enabled.
3. Commission
GET HUNG collects a platform commission of 15% of the total charged, taken as an application fee at the time of the sale. The remainder settles to your connected account under Stripe’s payout schedule.
4. Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of price, description, availability, condition, and provenance. Direct checkout is available only for listings with a price, an active seller account, and an approved shipping configuration. Otherwise the work is offered by inquiry.
5. Fulfilment
You are responsible for packing, shipping, insurance, customs paperwork, and communicating with the buyer. Original artwork must be shipped in a manner appropriate to the medium.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations, including sales tax, VAT, and import duties where they apply. Use of a payment processor does not remove marketplace, tax, or consumer-protection obligations from either party.
7. Unique works
An original work may be sold once. The platform holds a short inventory reservation during checkout to prevent two buyers purchasing the same original. When a sale completes, the listing is marked sold. The work remains on the wall and keeps its placement history.
8. Refunds and disputes
Refunds and chargebacks on sales are settled against your connected account. See Returns and refunds.
9. Suspension
If Stripe restricts or disables your account, direct checkout is disabled and affected listings fall back to inquiry. Your listing data is preserved.
10. Placement is separate
Selling has no effect on placement rank. Wall boosts are paid promotion and do not create sale proceeds. Wall ranking and artwork-sale payouts are independent.
