Marketplace purchase terms
For buyers of artwork listed on GET HUNG.

1. Who you are buying from
You are buying from the seller — the artist or the gallery — not from GET HUNG. GET HUNG operates the marketplace and collects a platform commission from the seller.
2. Originals
Unless a listing states an edition, each work is unique and can be bought once. A short reservation is held while you complete checkout so that two buyers cannot purchase the same original.
3. Price, shipping, and tax
The price shown is the seller’s price. Shipping is shown separately where the seller has configured it. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless the listing states otherwise.
4. Delivery
The seller is responsible for packing and dispatch and will contact you with details. Original artwork frequently requires bespoke crating; timelines vary by work.
5. Condition and authenticity
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the description, condition, and provenance. If a work arrives materially different from its description, contact the seller and GET HUNG support.
6. Cancellation and returns
See Returns and refunds. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by these terms.
7. Placement is not a claim about value
A work’s position on THE WALL reflects how much has been paid to promote it. It is not an appraisal, valuation, authentication, or any representation about market value.
