Returns and refunds

Wall boosts and artwork purchases are separate transactions.

Wall boosts

A hang and a boost are not refunded. What you pay goes to GET HUNG to promote a work on THE WALL; it is spent the moment it is paid, and the Wall rank it buys is the thing you bought.

A Wall rank changing after you paid is not a ground to undo the payment. Ranks move continuously as other people pay, and the price shown before checkout is an estimate and never a reservation.

A work taken down for breaking the rules is not refunded either. Read Prohibited content before you pay.

Artwork purchases

The seller is the merchant of record and sets the return policy for the work, subject to statutory rights that apply to you. Original artwork is frequently non-returnable other than where it arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

A work that arrives damaged or is not what was described is raised with the artist who sold it, through the order in your account, with photographs. They are the merchant of record: the sale is theirs, the return policy is theirs, and any money returned comes from their account, not ours.

GET HUNG is not a party to the sale and does not settle it. If a seller stops answering altogether, tell us and we will look at the seller, not at the order.

Where a seller returns money on a sale, it is settled against their connected account and our commission is reversed with it. A flat shipping fee paid at checkout goes back with the price only where the seller returns the whole sale.

Statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes consumer rights that apply to you by law.
