Who holds your data

GET HUNG is operated by Studio Watts LLC. Studio Watts LLC is the controller of the personal data described below. Privacy requests go to hello@gethung.lol. Registered address to be completed before launch.

What we collect

• Account: email address, and any profile details you choose to add.
• Submissions: the images and information you provide about your work.
• Payments: the amount, currency, status, and processor identifiers for each transaction.
• Usage: aggregate page and artwork view counts, and product analytics events that carry no payment details. Each artwork’s total views plus its artist’s total page views, including historical counts, form its points for the Love Watts callout. For new artwork-page and artist-page views, we use human verification, rate limits and a salted daily hash of the network address to count one visit per address per page per UTC day. The visit-deduplication records do not contain the raw address and are cleared after the short daily counting window.
• Reports: when you report a work we keep the reason, any details you add, your contact address if you give one, your account if you are signed in, and a salted daily hash of your network address, to review the report, prevent abuse and tell you the outcome. Report records are kept with moderation records.
• Public site activity: while a public page is visible, a brief presence update helps estimate visitors online and visitors today. Repeated updates from the same network address count as one visitor, including across tabs. Only aggregate counts are public; presence updates do not add points or affect Wall rank.

What we deliberately do not collect or store

• Card numbers or any payment credentials. These go directly to Stripe.
• Seller identity verification documents. These stay with Stripe.
• Payment details or personal identifiers inside product analytics.

What is public

Published artworks, artist and gallery profiles, each work’s paid Wall total and recognition points, aggregate view and save counts, and the display name of anyone who chose public credit for a Wall boost. Email addresses are never public. Anonymous is the default for people who are not signed in.

Processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, realtime.
• Stripe — payments, seller onboarding and payouts.
• Cloudflare Images — artwork storage and delivery.
• Resend — transactional email.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Vercel — hosting.

Retention

Financial records are retained as required for accounting and tax. Moderation and audit records are retained for the integrity of THE WALL. Other personal data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes it at once: your name, bio, links and avatar from your page; your address, on your account and on anything paid for or sent to that address before you had one; the names on your bids; and the words in the emails we sent you. Images are not deleted at the media provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Deletion is self-service: from your account area you can delete your account, and every session is signed out. What is kept, and why: financial records, for accounting and tax; moderation and audit records, for the integrity of THE WALL; and a record that your FIRST HANG number and your username were retired, so nobody else gets them. A work carrying someone else’s money goes to review first, as the Placement terms describe, and stays up until a moderator decides. For any other rights request, write to hello@gethung.lol.
