What we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not.

Who holds your data
GET HUNG is operated by Studio Watts LLC. Studio Watts LLC is the controller of the personal data described below. Registered address and a contact route for privacy requests to be completed before launch.
What we collect
- Account: email address, and any profile details you choose to add.
- Submissions: the images and information you provide about your work.
- Payments: the amount, currency, status, and processor identifiers for each transaction.
- Usage: aggregate page and artwork view counts, and product analytics events that carry no payment details.
What we deliberately do not collect or store
- Card numbers or any payment credentials. These go directly to Stripe.
- Seller identity verification documents. These stay with Stripe.
- Payment details or personal identifiers inside product analytics.
What is public
Published artworks, artist and gallery profiles, each work’s Wall score, aggregate view and save counts, and the display name of anyone who chose public credit for a Wall boost. Email addresses are never public. Anonymous is the default for people who are not signed in.
Processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, realtime.
- Stripe — payments, seller onboarding and payouts.
- Cloudflare Images — artwork storage and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email.
- PostHog — product analytics.
- Vercel — hosting.
Data-processing agreements and international transfer bases to be confirmed by counsel.
Retention
Financial records are retained as required for accounting and tax. Moderation and audit records are retained for the integrity of the wall. Other personal data is retained while your account is active.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Contact details for exercising them to be completed before launch. Note that deleting an account does not erase the financial record of transactions we are required to keep.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication, and analytics cookies where product analytics is enabled. Consent handling by jurisdiction to be completed by counsel.
