THE WALL is ordered by the eligible money paid to hang and boost each work. The highest paid total takes #1. Visits and points never change Wall rank or takeover prices.

The order is live.
Checkout shows the current price to pass a paid total. Bids can move the order while you pay. Ties go to the work that reached the same paid total first.
Points earn recognition.
The hang with the most points earns a Love Watts callout. Points equal the artwork’s total views plus its artist’s page views, including historical counts. Hangs, boosts and purchases add no points.
Boosting buys attention.
GET HUNG receives boosts as payment for promotion. A boost does not buy the artwork, ownership or sale proceeds.
Your hang keeps its history.
Sold work stays on the Wall. A hang and a boost are not refunded. Paid totals and points do not reset each week.
Made or owned, same wall.
Every work says “I made this” or “I own this”, and an owner names the artist who did. Collectors, dealers and galleries hang at the same price, in the same paid order, on the one wall. Claiming you made a work you did not is a breach of the Prohibited content rules.
The page is free. The Wall is paid.
An account gets an artist page and free uploads before it has paid anything. Only a paid hang puts a work on THE WALL, and only a hung work can be sold here.

Hanging
How do I get on the Wall?
Hang a work you have the right to show—one you made, or an original you own. We check rights, accuracy and presentation—not artistic taste. Your paid hang appears on the Wall after approval.
Do I have to have made the work?
No. A work says whether you made it or own it, and an owner names the artist who did. Collectors, dealers and galleries hang the same way an artist does, at the same price, in the same paid order, on the same wall.
Do I need an account?
Not to hang, boost, buy or make an offer. A guest hangs by uploading, giving an email and paying; the receipt carries the link into the account the payment made. Sign in when you want your page, your works, your badge or your sales settings.
What does an account get me before I hang?
A public artist page at its own address, an editor, and uploads that cost nothing. Works you add sit on your page as a draft or published to it. Hanging one on THE WALL is the separate, paid press it always was.
What is the badge beside a name?
One account type, one word you choose: Artist, Collector, Dealer or Gallery. It changes nothing else. No price, review, rank or selling term depends on it.
Will people see my name?
Only if you choose to show it. Guests default to Anonymous. Your payer email is never published.
Rank and money
Why did my rank change during checkout?
Other bids can change paid totals while you pay. Your full eligible bid posts after confirmation and approval; those paid totals determine the order. Visits and recognition points do not affect your rank or quote.
Can I narrow THE WALL?
Yes. Filter by price band (Under $500, $500 to $2,000, Over $2,000, Not for sale), by medium, or to “From collections” for works hung by the person who owns them. Today’s picks and Staff picks are curated slices. Filters live in the address, so a narrowed wall is a link.
Can the artwork change after I boost it?
Replacing the main image after someone else has boosted it needs review. You should see the same work you chose to boost.
How do I earn a Love Watts callout?
Points equal an artwork’s total views plus its artist’s page views. An artwork with 37 views and an artist page with 120 views has 157 points. Each work uses its own views and the shared artist-page count; views of the artist’s other artworks are not added. The active public hang with the most points earns the callout. Money adds no points. Editorial picks are selected independently.
Can I get a refund?
No. A hang and a boost are not refunded: what you pay buys a Wall rank, and it is spent the moment it is paid. A rank moving afterwards is not a ground to undo it, and neither is a work being taken down for breaking the rules. See Placement terms for the details.
Buying an original is a different transaction, with the artist and not with GET HUNG. A work that arrives damaged or is not what was described is theirs to put right — see Returns and refunds.
Buying and selling
Can I buy artwork through GET HUNG?
A work for sale carries a “For sale” chip and its price. Press “Buy artwork” to pay by card, or “Make an offer” where the seller takes offers; some sellers invite a question instead, and reply by email. Each hang can sell one physical original. Videos, prints and editions cannot be sold here. Buying is separate from paying to hang or boost.
How do I sell a work?
Hang it, set up payouts once under Get paid for your art, then put a price on it. A buyer pays, you ship it, Stripe pays you. GET HUNG keeps 15% of each sale. Whether you made the work or own it, selling it here is the same.
What happens when a work sells?
It stays on the Wall, keeps its history and shows SOLD. A sale does not change its rank.
