Museo Reina Sofía’s official page lists Felix Gonzalez-Torres: Sweet Revenge from 27 May to 12 October 2026 on Sabatini Building Floor 1, calling it the first large-scale presentation of the artist in Madrid. Alejandro Cesarco and Nancy Spector curate. The museum traces the title to Gonzalez-Torres’s 1991 return to the city, when he premiered the candy spill “Untitled” (Revenge) and wrote that going back after almost twenty years was “sweet revenge.” The show includes paper stacks, candy works, curtains, billboards and light strings.
