The Australian National Maritime Museum opened a free outdoor display of Peter Drew’s AUSSIE poster series on 28 August 2026 at the Wharf 7 forecourt, 2 Murray Street, Darling Harbour, adjacent to the National Monument to Migration. Darling Harbour’s listing runs the show through 31 December 2026. Drew’s posters pair archival portraits from the White Australia policy era with the word “AUSSIE”; the museum acquired the series for the National Collection in 2016. Director and CEO Daryl Karp AM framed the outdoor free format as dialogue about belonging in public space.
