Philadelphia Museum of Art names two modern and contemporary curators

On 27 August 2026 the Philadelphia Museum of Art appointed Joanna Robotham as the John Alchin and Hal Marryatt Curator of Contemporary Art, starting 8 September 2026, and Colm Peare as Assistant Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, starting 5 October 2026. Robotham arrives from the Tampa Museum of Art; Peare from the Royal Academy of Arts, London.
