Elvira Dyangani Ose named Zeitz MOCAA artistic director

Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa announced on 12 August 2026 that Elvira Dyangani Ose will become Artistic Director effective 1 October 2026. The Cape Town museum said she will oversee curatorial vision as it approaches its second decade, succeeding the late Koyo Kouoh in artistic leadership under a split model with managing director Fawaz Mustapha on operations.
